I Am Light is about learning how to be present and live in the moment with love, compassion, understanding and non-judgement. Everybody has everything they need inside of them already, I just help to illuminate the path back to their soul so they too can shine their light as bright and as far and wide as they dare to dream possible. The only limitations we have are the ones we place on ourselves.

I am a qualified Primary School Teacher with over 15 years experience and who has now taken on another direction focused on the health and well-being of our precious children. I have been blessed with 2 beautiful boys who teach me new things every day and whose love has shown me just how big our hearts are. I currently have my Mindfulness Program up and running at a school in Berwick and I look forward to expanding this program to as many schools as I can reach. I am also available for private sessions for children or adults of any age.

So I just had this really cool upgrade moment listening to Shaman Durek with a friend of his online.
It just reminded me that none of the fear stuff matters. Our negative thoughts or worries or people who haven’t treated us well. It all disappears when you are elevated and vibing high. In this state you only have space for love in your heart. The feeling is so different to being in a lower vibe energy with the ego.
I feel totally LIT! 🩷🫶😇

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here lol. I’ve been busy in other areas but it’s time to get back on here and put some offers out to the world.
I have 3 car diffuser oils available atm. Two are a Love blend, which are great for bringing into your car space more of that vibration and the other is called Balance. Both smell beautiful! As it’s NEW I’m offering them for $15 each. 🫶🩷
