Solid speedweek.

With over 55 competitors in seniors and 22 in juniors the Victorian Formula 500 Association, everyone behind the scenes and Vic president Terry Rankin Motorsport should be very proud of the series that was put on. Congrats to Liam Williams on the series win. He proved once again why he is currently the best in the country.

Huge shoutout to Pmp Chassis, , and all of the contingency partners for throwing their support behind the class. To have a chassis and panels and an injection system as well as really decent prize money up for grabs is amazing!

We hold onto the #1 for a little while longer!

Unfortunately the Victorian title A-Main has to be re-scheduled after a very nasty incident on lap 1 that resulted in a number of drivers being hurt and a subsequently long ambulance delay.

I know everyones thoughts are with the 3 drivers that were hurt on the weekend. We are all hoping for a very speedy recovery!

Our night didn't go as planned we had the pace in both heats, however a minor part failure in heat 1 resulted in a mechanical flag and a credited 12th place finish. This resulted in us tucking into the A-main in 18th starting position.

A couple of weeks break before we get back into it over the Christmas/New year period.

Recently we have had a run on our rear axle beams and unfortunately only have 3 new beams left in stock until the new year. Don't leave it until the last minute to get your spares together for speedweek.

These axles are universal and suit every brand of chassis!

A fellow micro 600 racer and an all round stand up guy here in Australia recently had all of his gear stolen.

This was a 100% planned and targeted attack given all that was stolen was everything related to his racing operation.

Given everything stolen is very specific to the category and has very specific identifiable markings will make it almost impossible to sell.

Please everyone within our speedway community keep your eyes open for anything that looks like any of these items.

Share far and wide!

It's almost criminal that we don't get to race at Heytesbury Stockfeeds Simpson Speedway more than twice a year! Can't wait to get back this weeekend for the Victorian State Title.

This track, the crew behind the scenes and the overall vibe of the place has to be one of the best in Australia.

This is inboard footage from the B and A mains from last years speedweek. We unfortunately DNF'd a heat and started from 13 in the B-main and ran all the way through to 7th in the A-main, passing a total of 18 cars.

Shout out to Chad Bell for his wicked drive from 14 -> 3rd in the final. Passing about 7 cars in the first lap! Watch the car in the row in front with the red wing at the start of the A-main.

There is no way anyone can pass this many cars without an amazing surface to race on. As you can see from the video there are cars 3 and 4 wide throughout both the A and B mains. All of this on a very slick track that barely used tyres!

If your team is un-decided about coming to Victorian Formula 500 speedweek this season. Change your mind and get there!

A few highlights/lowlights from Mount Gambier last weekend

How nice is this trailer setup from Rusty Ponting Racing!

Using all the available space by mounting their spare top wing utilising our alternate top wing mounting option. This allows them to hide the spare front wings away behind the top wing.
