Cambria Rotary projects offer impactful training that helps the youth in our community to develop essential conflict resolution skills. Our club has actively engaged with local students, guiding them in understanding the importance of peace. You may have noticed the vibrant peace pickets around town, each one crafted by these enthusiastic young artists. At the grammar school, the Peace Leaders are dedicated to making a difference by fundraising for a solar panel to support a family halfway across the globe. Meanwhile, Middle School and High School students are encouraged to express their views on peace through a thoughtful essay contest, sharing what it truly means to them. This is just a few ways in which we are promoting peace locally.
