We were recently contacted by a customer wanting crack sealing in Glen Forrest.

They asked if we could do this in red to match their red driveway.

Crack sealing was needed as water was penetrating and making the cracks wider and longer. We sealed and waterproofed the cracks, matching the red existing driveway.

When cracks form, moisture is able to pe*****te the surface which causes material failure. Failure to then seal those cracks will result in further cracking, potholes and eventually major breakdown, leading to expensive repairs.

We recently has a client contacted JB’s Asphalt for a sinkhole repair in Duncraig.

The client was worried when he noticed a sinkhole starting to appear in his business’s car park.

He was concerned either someone could trip and injure themselves or that a car front wheel could punch through surface.

We cut out the sinkhole section to have a look at how much of the base had been undermined from water pe*******on. Then we put in more roadbase and compacted the area.

Finally we then reinstated the hotmix asphalt level.
