Incorporating African drumming into your life can yield numerous benefits for your wellbeing. Whether you participate in a local drumming circle or explore drumming through classes and workshops, embracing African drumming can lead to a healthier, happier you.

So grab a drum or hire one of ours, find your rhythm, and experience the transformative power of this ancient art form this Tuesday as we start a brand new rhythm. Dates for the rest of the year are: November 5th, November 19th, December 10th and December 17th. It's a great time to start and get a taste for the New Year! Our classes are at the Palmwoods Memorial Hall in the Sunshine Coast on Tuesdays 5.30pm.

This Tuesday we have a brand new dance starting for beginner dancers 6.30pm @ Palmwoods Memorial Hall. This is so much fun, a great sweat, workout for the mind and body.
