Dear Physie Sisters,
As a business, the health and safety of both our staff and our customers is paramount. We are committed to keeping our store open during the main ordering period, but we are also taking precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19 as the situation evolves.
We will be implementing the following measures in our stores:
• Encouraging both staff and customers to practice social distancing;
• Supporting staff who exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 or who have had contact with a confirmed case to remain away from work until they receive medical clearance;
• Providing access to soap and hot water or hand sanitiser for our staff and customers;
• Ensuring that all high-touch areas including counters, doors, and change areas are cleaned more regularly; and
• Washing and/or heat treating our tryon leotards and performance wear regularly throughout the ordering period
If you are experiencing symptoms or have been in direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from visiting the store. Please follow the Australian Government's guidelines on self-isolation, and call the National Coronavirus Help Line on 1800 020 080 for further instruction.
Please also consider the timing of your visit to our store and avoid peak times like Saturday morning or weekday mornings to help with social distancing. Please also try to limit the amount of time you spend in our store. Being prepared before you arrive by browsing our website, discussing options with your teacher and having an idea of the styles and colours you are interested is advised. We also encourage you to place your order over our website at home after you leave the store rather than in-store. Please note that if the store becomes too congested at any given time we may need to consider restricting customer numbers in the store.
For those who would prefer to avoid coming to the store and have missed their club tryon, you can still order by consulting the measurement charts and colour charts on our website, browsing the leotard and performance wear styles and placing your order.
