A solid, level ground is the foundation of success for any project. Whether it’s installing cable pits, risers, or concrete infill lids, proper prep makes the job easier, faster, and safer.

Little trick of the trade: Install a small drainage pipe into the base and keep the bottom of your conduits at least 50mm above the base to help keep water out of the conduits. It’s the small details that make a big difference! 👌

Love seeing the team come together for some skill-building and fun! 🙌
Recently ES4U caught up as a team to complete a day in the office wear we connect and unite as a team. It was good to get everyone together under the one roof to build on specific skill, process and as always have a bit of fun. The boys completed in our Lego challenge to really understand the importance of planning and debriefing.

In our first attempt, the team faced challenges and couldn’t complete the builds within the 10-minute timeframe. Afterward, we held a team debrief where we identified that better planning and clearly defined roles would lead to stronger outcomes.

For the second attempt, we took just 2 minutes to plan, and with that preparation, we successfully completed the build in only 5 minutes! This experience truly highlighted the power of debriefing and the importance of effective teamwork!

Can’t wait for the next catch-up in three months! 💪

Whoa, time flies when you're building awesome things! Buckle up for a whirlwind tour of ES4U 2023, jam-packed with completed projects, new faces, and team bonding. From Twilio offices to switchboard upgrades, we've been busy bees! We welcomed George, a pro foreman, and Ricky, who tackled World Square Bar like a champ. We built schools and even launched our ES4U Social Club. Luke Clarke stepped up as key project manager (don't tell him we said that!), and we brought in Ethan, Pat, Brady, Dave, and Adam to expand the ES4U fam. This comprehensive upgrade involved replacing the old MSB1, which is over 40 years old, bringing it up to the latest standards.
