After the Christmas/NY break we are all back on deck…Here are a couple of progress shots of our Camperdown project. The bricklayers start later this week, and we’ll be at lockup soon! Project is moving along nicely 🔨 🏠

Exciting progress at our Camperdown project! 🙌 Upstairs framing is all done, and the roof goes on next week. Stay tuned for more updates!

We’re pleased to share that the majority of the 1st-floor steel framework is now in place, and the boundary fire wall is up to the first floor.

Next stage: installation of the first-floor joists and flooring, followed by the structural steel for the roof. Stay tuned for more updates!

Here are some progress shots of our latest project in Camperdown, from before the demolition to today’s freshly poured slab. During the demolition phase, we uncovered some fascinating finds—a newspaper clipping from the Sunday Mirror dated January 1, 1961, and a pack of Capstan Navy Cut Ci******es. It’s incredible what treasures can emerge during a demo!
