One of my many bday presents this year involved a special photo adventure + bridge private time with my one and only .brett ♥️. His pictures ended up better that mine just because of his unique perspective, I love going on adventures with this man so much -knowing that I will be collecting a great amount of laughter and conversations that I could and will revisit over and over.
Long story short, it was great. Will be sharing more of what I saw that day through the next couple of posts, hopefully I will be inspired to share few things that I have learnt lately about ‘perspective’, and playfulness, and presence. It’s been a while since I have posted a pic here so using the opportunity to say hello hello hello🎶 I am still alive amigos and hope you all made it safe out of the -recently past- situation called 👑.

∾ Let me tell you a secret. We are all built a for change. Just like the flowers , you, too, are meant to constantly bloom and wilt, and bloom again. So there is no need to control and avoid chασѕ at every turn. For that would be like trying to protect yourself against the Cosmos itself, or your own ever-evolving nature ∾
How much can you allow today?
How willing are you to let go fully?

Little I knew that the secret word ‘intentions’ would have unlocked a door that’s was guarding a lot of past stuff. If you are in any way tuned to the current wave of changes that’s affecting us collectively then my friend, fasten your sit belt cause it’s kind of getting real. I am still here though, much more like the Brenee Brown description of that gladiator that’s getting a good bash on the arena but still getting up. I know, sounds a bit dramatic but emotions sometimes are, and that’s OK. In days like this my heart goes to everyone that’s doing the work so they can have the best experience in this life time. Those that fiercely choose over and over to dig deeper to make peace with those parts that had been stored far from our mental memory. I am here, intending to dive in just so at least I can have the chance to one day ride one of those long, clean and glassy waves, with dolphins riding at the side, and maybe a whale spraying a rainbow as I pass by. ✨✨✨

Orgaaaaanic tomato.
All the above covered by Chilean salt *soo good*& organic extra virgin oil 😹😹 and love, lots and lots of love.
Potatoes were covered twice in salt and pepper, boiled and fried. The broccoli... oh the Broccoli, how good is this lil’ buddy 🥦.
And all that concoction should be called, home sick. The flavours and the smells from home...🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Not sure if you have experienced Intuitive Eating/Grocery shopping. You pretty much ask your body, ‘what do I really want to eat|feel|taste? This evening, I wanted to feel at home so I picked the salads, meat and wine that could pushed me to the past and the memories from home. I’m still sipping the wine celebrating all the memories that this meal brought to me just now. The simple things... how enjoyable is to have these simple things...

I was waiting for the lights in the other side of the street when I saw this dog trying to figure out his master. I should have taken many more pictures and make a time lapse so you could see his ears moving in all directions (the dog’s) while waiting for the next move. I captured the moment and a pigeon photobombed my snap. I thought of -photo.chopping- the pigeon out but opted to leave it as it happened so justice could prevail. I stole a moment and the pigeon a part in it.

I still remember when that friend from childhood told me to get down from the clouds. He thought my dreams where to big for me for whatever reason. I was young, no more than 12 I don’t think. I felt a bit sorry for him but just a little cause to be honest, I was still riding one. Do you remember how was to dream without that voice that stops you today?. My friend was adamant that I was crazy, and today if I had to look back I would have probably agreed with him, cause of the voice right?... well, so long story short, that night I knew in my heart that I would travel the world, universe did the rest. 56 countries later and probably more than few hundreds cities visited, I feel I can share one thing I know...
That certainty you feel sometimes when talking about a dream of yours is your one way ticket to it. Use it , today. It expires at the same speed that the voice in your head grow stronger. This is a game of who can have more fun in this life, how much more enjoyable your experiences can be, or how you can reshape the reality in front of you, and how many times...
Today this picture reminded me of that feeling, I hope my story could brought you back to that time when you felt this way.

The natural state of everything is movement. Accepting the speed in which things move is another story. Last year felt like my body stopped moving and I couldn’t find a good reason to change that. I went through most of the emotions that this change can bring, starting from making myself wrong for being ‘lazy’ to allowing the days pass without seeing sunrises, practicing yoga or squeezing a swim after work. Then I had to accept my body changes, I was no longer feeling or looking fit. Accepting this was harder. Today I have a different appreciation for pauses, I hear loudly what I tell myself for not fitting into the normal that I created for myself. I was so attached to my lifestyle that the freedom that I originally felt became a cell. Today I wonder what else in my life can be look at, what are the things we are creating for ourselves that may be keeping us caged. Rediscovering appreciation for my body brought me back to the essence of beauty. It allowed me to remember that this has nothing to do with the way that I look but the way that I feel about myself, that beauty is not only physical but mental, emotional and a spiritual trip. I know that things will eventually change, I feel the call for moving again but the reasons behind are all for myself. Hearing my body and surrendering to its motion has been a long juicy road. Today I can sit back and appreciate that things have their own tempo, seasons their own reasons and that accepting and appreciating all the things that the NOW brings is key to have a fulfilling life. I am grateful for the way that time can teach us relativity and for being able to see beauty in the never ending motion. Wishing you guys a good day, good vibes your way ✨🌌✨

Every moment, every thought, every flavour, every smell, whatever that is that brings you joy, please choose it and see what happens. Choosing joy is one of the things that I have been practicing lately. It has provided me with such a space To Be that it has left me hopping down the streets. I have been so excited about the sky and how amazing this sunrises and sunsets have been -most of the sunrises have been appreciated from my window and I am still 🤯 .

I woke up 2 min before the alarm went off . The sky looked like as if someone left a diffuser covering the whole of Manly so even though at 5 a.m you can’t really make a call about the quality of the imminent sunrise, I got out of bed with a sense of curiosity, time and space. Bullet proof coffee out of the way I made my way down, I lingered a bit sipping my creation till I saw a White Sun. I can’t explain how much I love experiencing things for the first time so before I knew I was shooting away. A White Sun are you kidding me? It was truly amazing, I felt like a young Luke Skywalker staring at the sky, so so nice. Anyways, that was yesterday so here is the sharing of today. Taking the time to prepare for what’s coming is paramount. The more we hold the arrow back before shooting it fwd can make the difference in between a confused weak shot that doesn’t get to far or a more controlled breathing before letting it all go, as far as we can send them. It’s up to us to get there but also to be here. Embrace the now, if you end up getting really good at it this will mean a longer period of fun, why not? Or is the alternative working for you now?.

It was brought to my attention that I may not be reading all the books ‘ I’m always reading’ and I felt both surprised and a bit annoyed. Why is it so difficult these days to grab a book and a space and remain quite for a while. Every time I come back to them I enjoy every single bit and I ask myself why don’t I do this more often...
Anyways, on my purgatorial book collection resides one that my dad sent me from home called ‘we are stardust’ written by a Chilean astronomer. It’s fascinating to learn different facts like how the composition of our body is close to what stars are made of, in fact, very close.
Anyways, I will use tonight as an opportunity to go to bed early and reopen this book again. Swallow the two previous pages so I can remember what’s all this book about then read two more till I feel exhausted and fall asleep... with the light on.
On that note I hope you all have a relaxing and reenergising sleep. Blue Skies all around! ⚡️🌌⚡️

Once upon a time I was single, I had two whole years of full contemplation of the life I had, have and keep wanting to live. One day I thought it would be nice to have a partner in crime to go on adventures with so I put my order in and this human being came along. Once again Universe overdelivered and gifted me with him.
When I though life couldn’t be better you came to show me that there are always more colours to be added. Thank you for bringing them along with your beautiful light. To many more 🍻⚡️⚡️⚡️

Every time I have a vivid dream I remind myself to enjoy the ride although recently most of them have ended up with me running (or flying) for my life. I don’t have nightmares that often, only when I have chosen to wear eskimo pj’s to battle one of those cold and windy nights. Good for me winter is on its way out, time to throw a farewell party for those thick alpaca socks and flannelette sheets yay! I hope you all made the most of those beautiful sunrises and stunning sunsets. All seasons come with their own beauty and I can’t wait to see what the next one has prepared for us. When I was a child my dad asked me: what’s your favourite colour? Without even thinking I said: verde Nilo which is the Spanish for a kind of green although I have read that none of the 295 different green resemble the river in any way 🤷🏻‍♀️.
Anyways, I love this color and the way that it shows at that particular time each morning just after the sunrise.
