Here is a great way of starting your New Year consciously

2016 - STARTING WITH THE END IN MIND
DECEMBER is a good month for reflecting, celebrating and being grateful for everything you are and having in your life.
If you haven't done this so far, it's for sure not too late and always worthwhile to reflect on your personal & business growth & achievements.
Donβt forget to pat yourself on your back, to celebrate and to be grateful for whatever is.
Your very personal celebration could be as simple as going consciously through your favourite park enjoying the beautiful nature, enjoying a conscious coffee at your favourite cafΓ© (maybe with a good friend) or spoiling yourself with this one shirt / device you have on your mind all the time.
A GOOD WAY to begin the New Year in January is to start with the end in mind. Take a little bit of time aside to create a high level plan for the 12 months ahead.
Close your eyes (if it helps) and fast forward to December 2016. What are the key topics, the key themes you would like to see changed by the end of the year?
What will you be celebrating? What will you be looking back on? What experiences / achievements will make you smile?
I always recommend to have a look at the following 5 key life areas:
1. My HEALTH - What will my health look like in 12 months?
2. My RELATIONSHIPS - What will my relationship with myself, my partner, my kids, my family, my friends look like?
3. My HOME β Where will I live? How do I feel about it? What excites me about it?
4. My FINANCIAL ABUNDANCE β What will my profit, salary, bonus, commission, savings, shares, superfund, property portfolio, etc. look like?
5. My INTELLECTUAL & SPIRITUAL GROWTH β What did I learn this year? How did I bring more balance into my life?
These are just a few questions to inspire your thought process.
Be gentle with yourself, play with the areas & questions to make them work for you and most importantly: HAVE FUN!
It's your plan and it is the nature of a plan to evolve as time and reality emerges.
Tip: Make an appointment with yourself every month and take 5 min to stop, reflect and act: review your plan, make conscious decisions and act on them.
