So we nearly done
One floor left to paint Friday & put furniture back next Monday

Thanks to all my clients although was a ordinary winter we have managed to complete approximately 8000 m2 of concrete polish
Commercial epoxy and stunning timber floors either Installed or sanded
A tremendous effort from my team of two guys and a bit of help from me😜

This is what two house blocks in thirlmere look like ( my home town )
700 m2
Ground 450 of it today
Schools broken up and we are straight into our commitment of delivering floors on time every time
Been a big day
Chewing diamonds and money all day
Not complaining though, at the pub now for a overnight stay with the crew in Blackheath NSW !

Started back at Webbe Marine Today ( these guys build the awesome Sailfish brand Catamarans)

Was there two weeks ago and did half
These guys have had to move these epic boats around to get us in but on the plus side
These coatings allow return to service in as little as 24 hours so the inconvenience is little to none
400 m2 ground in two days coated in two half days

Amongst the Kaos of stock
Under this floor is a concrete floor I actually didn’t initially think could be polished
But with some incredible effort from the team and my suppliers we got a outstanding result
Completed 2 months ago
I visited weekend just gone and it is performing well
Exactly how a polished concrete should
Low maintenance
Great asthestics
Great Value for money

Thursday Friday Saturday job
Brush box consumed with colour and clear coats started in solvent poly
Be done Monday but thought I’d shoot up now
Think brush box never looked so good

My guys keep knocking out the jobs while I’m nursing my shoulder injury
This week they did 115 m2 of Qld Spotted gum with a coating you can’t see to much of 😜🙌
And before you say that’s not much
We did another 80 of brush box and coloured it up
But we don’t rush
Finish line doesn’t matter as long as the Qaulity is up
I don’t care about m2
Will post up the box later

This week saw us tackle a large Epoxy project using Super Flake with Anotec Polyaspartic
This has superior curing properties to give clients a super fast return to service
Something a local RFS can appreciate and give the ability to put shed back to operation status super fast

On a different note we are fully booked except a few tiny gaps to Dec

Although we have had a tough year so far, that’s no reason to not help a group like this !
We are going to do a large floor for Thirlmere Rural Fire Brigade in November 2024 we will provide as much cost reduction as possible but if you want to give them a donation towards the brigade Big or Small I know the group of guys that protect our community and other’s communities will deeply appreciate it
So reach out to me or the Brigade Captains and dig in
I know living in this community and knowing these guys are never far away is a comforting feeling!!!

The coolest set of three bunks I’ve ever seen
So we added the most versatile stunning looking floor
This is a full mechanical polish over a burnished slab
Little to no aggregate exposure just the sheen on the pattern left by concrete installation

This one will be one for the achievement book
A building that’s has to be 60-70 years old and we will try and turn it into polished concrete with some luck
Is a great old shed from the WW2
Apparently a army shed re built in Picton
They are called a Nissen Hut
All the steel is surgical grade so there is little to no rust in the frame.
Cool old building
Excited to be Involved

From so so to sensational
This floor was not up to the daily task that some floors need to provide
No1 clean
No2 easy to clean
No 3 hygienic at all times
Love doing flake jobs
They are so much fun even on a time crunch
