A reminder we’re celebrating Oktoberfest at OBSLSC this Sunday! A different German beer will be available each Sunday afternoon during October. The upstairs kitchen and bar will be open from 12pm. Our next sunrise paddle this Saturday 26th October at 6 am. Members paddle for FREE, and guests are welcome for only $40, includes all equipment. It’s the perfect way to start the day—a relaxing paddle with an optional 20min yoga & meditation session while anchored in the middle of the bay. 🚴 If you enjoy going for bike rides, Ettalong has a self-service and hassle-free hiring system that is open 24 hours a day. No need to stress if you don't have a helmet, there are free helmets and bike locks available from the Box Cafe or Diggers Reception.

🏄 Ever wanted to learn how to surf? Here is your chance! The Central Coast Surf School is located at Umina / Ocean Beach and has the most ideal conditions for learning to surf. You can book private or group lessons or a two-day course.

🍔 Looking for a great place to eat? Located in the heart of Ettalong Beach is 'The Ettalong'. It's the perfect coastal pub with a children's playroom and a sports bar showing all your favorite teams playing live on one of Central Coast's biggest screens.

🥾 The Strom Loop is perfect for those who enjoy walking or beginner cycling. Choose either the 5km round trip or the 3km one-way trail to get a taste of Bouddi National Park. Be careful as most mammals in the park are nocturnal, but if you keep your eyes open you might be lucky to spot a swamp wallaby or echidna.

10 minutes drive from Ocean Beach Holiday House Umina Central Coast take the ferry from Woy Woy, with stunning views of the waterways it is a great way to explore the villages and hidden fishing spots along the way. The round trip takes around an hour including a 20min stop at the half way point at Empire Bay. Finishing back at Woy Woy for lunch with a view at the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant or take-away.
