Season 2025 is just around the corner and a few spots have opened up in late August.
27 August-3rd September can fit another 4 pax. All other weeks from 2nd July are full so these are the last remaining ones, best be quick !!

It takes quite some time for things to arrive at Xmas Island. About 12 months ago we purchased 2 new Yamaha 60hp engines plus a new backup generator. After a long,slow journey by ship half way around the world and back they finally arrived at The Villages a few day ago👍. Patience and perseverance is required for this sort of stuff , sometimes some people don’t understand this 🤷‍♂️,after all it is pretty isolated but our commitment to remain the best never faulters!!

Week 10 final week done. “Team Singapore “ hunted triggers all week and got it done 👍
Season 2024 was a blast. I enjoyed hosting a total of 153 guys and girls over a 10 week period and enjoyed every minute. To all who stayed with us here at The Villages thank you all, not only from myself but from all of the staff. The community of Tabwakea are so grateful for your contribution.
And to our wonderful staff ko raba ,and our awesome guides and boatmen all headed up by our head guide , thank you guys so much for an outstanding job looking after all of my fisherman this season, love you all brothers and look forward to seeing you all again soon. Ko raba, tekeraoi, Ti a boo , I tangiriko .

Just a short note to thank you personally for the management of our visit to CXI.
All of my group this year and previous years have stayed at the Villages before. They have also experienced other lodges in CXI.
This was my 6th visit and I would have to say it just keeps improving.
My guides as usual were exceptional.
I have fished with most of them before and they keep helping me to improve.
We are looking forward to returning in July 25 . Possibly for 2 weeks this time.
We will forward order- skinny water, bones and triggers.
I will forward photos as soon as I can.

End of week 7 and on we roll. 15 out and 12 in. Another week well lived. Bones and triggers were the main focus this past week. Challenging conditions with around 20 knots of wind most days. Those who handled the conditions the best got it done.
Moving off the springs and gradually heading into the neeps, some good shallow tailing bones are what this next week or so is all about, and of course triggers, the buggers are everywhere. Just gotta find a few dumb ones 🤦‍♂️😁

End of week 6, another week well lived. Changeover day today,16 out and 17 in. Mixed it up this week with one crew doing bluewater and the rest in the lagoon. Happy days!!🔥🔥

End of week 5 and it’s been another cracking week. 16 out in the morning and 14 in. The fishing has been awesome, world class to say the least 👍 Again , The Villages remains the premier lodge at CXI.
