Your cruise 🛳 has been cancelled? What happens now 🤷‍♀️

You’ve been offered a “future cruise credit”. Instead of a refund, you have what is equivalent to a gift certificate to use for a cruise booking in the future. It cannot be transferred and is only valid in the name of the guest whose name was on the booking.
At the moment, a high volume of cruises have been cancelled so the processing time will take longer than usual (which is usually too long). If you booked direct, keep track of the details. If you booked with an agent, good for you, you have nothing to worry about as your details will be held on file.
Patience and understanding is required at the moment, the travel industry is in free-fall, and all staff are under extreme pressure: this includes tour company staff, airline staff, cruise staff and front-line travel agents.

Most cruise companies are offering 🆓free cancellations🆓, to accommodate for the growing concerns over COVID-19.
⚓️⚓️Oceania Cruises: For all existing and new bookings made by 30 April 2020 for voyages departing between 10 March 2020 to 30 September 2020 - no penalties for cancellation for any reason; up to 48 hours prior to cruise departure. Future Cruise Credit is equal to 100% of the cruise fare paid.💯
🛳🛳Royal Caribbean: No fees if you cancel any cruise that sets sail from now through July 31, 2020, as long as you cancel at least 48 hours before departure. Future Cruise Credit can be used toward any cruise that sets sail through December 31, 2021.💯
⛴⛴Norwegian Cruise Line: No cancellation fees for bookings through to 30 Sept 2020. If you cancel up to 48 hours prior to the sail date you receive a 100% future cruise credit for use on any sailings through 31 Dec 2022.💯
