DAY 1
Arrival in Beijing
Welcome to Beijing! Today your travel starts with a welcome meeting at airport. After checking in the hotel, rest of your time is free to explore Urumqi or just have a good rest.

DAY 2
Beijing
At 08:00, we will pay a visit to Tianan Men Square for 30 mintes, Continue the 3hrs exploration in Forbidden City, also called Palace Museum. Walk on the steps of the most magnificent and splendid palace complex in China. Feel the enchant atmosphere or to foresee the Emperors were ruling this great county. The Hollywood Movie“The Last Emperor” highly recommended before your visiting.
After Lunch in the local Restaurant, make our way to Temple of Heaven,1-2hrs walking through the vast beautiful park to enjoy the impressive architecture and interesting story of the Chinese Emperors prayed for good harvest
In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner and have a good rest in the hotel.

DAY 3
Beijing Hohhot
As the most famous and popular site, we will start early at 7:00 before the big groups arrive. After 2hr's driving, enjoy the cable car ride to the wall is peaceful and scenic. It is a fantastic experience to walking on the well-maintained wall where you also need a lot of water or an umbrella in the 2hr's visiting. Lunch will be arranged in the courtyard at the foot of the Great Wall.
Drive back to the city and visit the Summer Palace which is an imperial garden consisting of a vast ensemble of lakes, gardens and palaces in China. You can take the boat across the island and then walk over to the temple on the hill. The climb up the stairs might be a bit tired but so worth to enjoy the incredible view from the top.
Afterwards, you will be transferred to the train station to take the high-speed train to Hohhot

DAY 4
Hohhot Yinchuan
In the morning, local guide will meet you at Hohhot hotel and then depart for Xilamuren grassland. There will be a small welcome ceremony when you arrive. Spend the day on the vast plains and expansive grasslands, free walk and enjoy watching the traditional Mongolian style wrestling, horse-riding, camel riding, archery and etc.
Thereafter, you will be arrange the to the Hongge'er Oboo where you can enjoy the folk culture, Mongolia performing, and to see the "legend of Monan" - a symbol of war in ancient China interpretation.
In the evening, be transferred to the airport to catch the flight to Yinchuan.

DAY 5
Yinchuan Zhongwei (190kms, 2.2hrs)
Today we will visit the Western Xia Imperial Tombs, located in the eastern slopes of the Helan Mountains, about 30 kilometers west of the city of Yinchuan. It is unique among royal burials. The layout is patterned after the celestial bodies. After dinner, onboard the train to Capital of Inner Mongolia - Hohhot, which is in Mongolian for "Green City", dates from 306 B.C. and has been an important cultural center of the region.
Thereafter, drive to Shapotou Scenic Spots (include the desert escalator and sheepskin raft), the biggest natural sand slide field in China. it is also one of China's Four Resonant Sand Fields. When the weather is great, you are able to sliding down the sand hill can hear the sound of sand underneath them, like tolling bells. The experience there is quite adventurous and breathtaking.

DAY 6
Zhongwei Lanzhou
Start our journey today by visiting Tengger Jinshahai Desert Camp, experience the Sand Sliding, Camel riding, desert surfing.
Then in the afternoon, drive to the train station to take the high-speed train to Lanzhou.

DAY 7
Lanzhou Jiayuguan
This morning we will head to the train station to take the high-speed train to Lanzhou. After arrival, we will drive to Liujiaxia Reservoir and then transfer a speedboat to visit Binglingsi Thousand Buddha Caves, which is close to Liujiaxia Reservoir, These caves stretch for 200 meters, were built during the Western Qin, North Wei, Sui, Tang, and Song, Yuan, Ming, Qing dynasties (between the 3rd and 18th centuries).
After visiting, you will be transferred to the train station to take the high-speed train to Jiayuguan.

DAY 8
Jiayuguan Dunhuang
Begin our today's journey to the Jiayuguan Fortress. Standing among vast desert and surrounded by rolling mountains,it looks like a dignified general guarding the grand land. It was constructed with the most integrated defensive system: an inner city, an outer city, and a moat. Besides functioning as a frontier military fortress, it was also an important traffic hub along the Silk Road, the oldest worldwide trading route.
Then continue our trip to Dunhuang by taking high-speed train.

DAY 9
Dunhuang
Today we are going to appreciate the Holy Center of Buddhism Culture and Art-UNESCO of Mogao Grottoes. Inside the Mogao Grottoes, enjoy the 40mins 4D movie to learn the development of the grottoes and then you will be escorted by the professional guides from Mogao to enjoy the main 8 caves.
Thereafter, we will head to the Echoing Sand Mountain and Crescent Lake, where you can ride the camels for 40nmins to experience the beautiful desert scenery in the sunset.
After an extraordinary day, freshen up and enjoy a good dinner, we will continue to appreciate the bustling Shazhou Night Market dotted with special commodities and souvenirs.

DAY 10
Dunhuang Turpan
Have a good rest in the morning and enjoy your time either by strolling around the city center of Dunhuang or just spending your morning in the hotel.
In the afternoon, say goodbye to Dunhuang and you will be transferred to the train station of Liuyuan, taking about 1.5hrs. Then you will take high-speed train to next stop -- Turpan.

DAY 11
Turpan
After breakfast, the good day begins at Tuyoq Village which is an ancient oasis-village in the Taklamakan desert. Firstly, we will drive to the Flaming Mountains which is famous for its seedless grapes and a number of ancient Buddhist meditation caves nearby containing frescos.
Then we make our way to Bezekilik Thousand Buddha Caves which are a complex of Buddhist cave grottos dating from the 5th to 14th century between the cities of Turpan and Shanshan (Loulan) at the northeast of the Taklamakan Desert near the ancient ruins of Gaochang in the Mutou Valley.
Afterwards, pay a visit to Karez Well irrigation system that produces the best melons and grapes in China. The following is a visiting to Sugong Minaret, a conduit for cultural exchange between different ethnic and religious groups.

DAY 12
Turpan Urumqi (200kms, 3hrs)
Today's tour stars with the exploration of Jiaohe Ruins, resembles Pompei, but 300 years older. It is a archaeological site found in the Yarnaz Valley, 10 km west of the city of Turpan and a natural fortress located atop a steep cliff on a leaf-shaped plateau between two deep river valleys where you can experience the way of life of the Uygur ancestors.
Having lunch in the local restaurant, Say goodbye to this amazing city, we will head to Urumqi.
In the afternoon we will visit the Xinjiang Regional Museum (closed on Monday), where to see many archaeological treasures of the Silk Road and Xinjiang's minority cultures. You will learn about the history of Xinjiang and its peculiar ethnic customs.
Then end up your day in the International Grand Bazaar, where you can taste Xinjiang foods and fruits.

DAY 13
Urumqi Departure
Today is a relaxing day! In the morning, we will drive to the entrance of the Heavenly Lake, then take a 40-minutes shuttle bus twisting through the picturesque Tianshan mountains to the edge of the Lake. Either trek around the lake and enjoy the boating cruise, or even take the cable car to the explore the Maya Mountain for the incredible view of Bogoda Peak. Your lunch will be arranged in the Yurt of the local Kazakhs.
