The powerful Indian and Southern Oceans converge at this famous landmark. The historic Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, near Augusta, is situated at the most south westerly tip of Australia. This famous landmark is over 100 years old and remains an important working lighthouse and collection point for meteorological data.

Geraldton Foreshore is a must visit place in your to do list while in Geraldton.

Right in the heart of the Geraldton Foreshore is the popular Waterpark and Playground. The kids will have a ball of fun running through the varying fountains of water and enjoying the different activities in the playgroud.

The foreshore is right next to the beautiful Indian Ocean if you want a swim or sit by the beach and Geraldton’s vibrant café if you want to enjoy a coffee looking at the beautiful scene.

The red and white candy stripes of Point Moore Lighthouse are a spectacular sight that stands out proudly amidst the Geraldton landscape. Standing 34 metres high it was the first all steel tower built on the mainland of Australia, back in 1878. With its bold colours, the lighthouse has become an icon of the port town of Geraldton.

Venture out on the skywalks beyond the edge of a 100m drop for spectacular views over Kalbarri National Park and enjoy incredible views of the gorge and surrounding environment.

Kalbarri Skywalk is perched right on the cliff-top, two 100-metre-high lookouts project 25 and 17 metres beyond the rim of the Murchison Gorge.

While you are there, the Kalbarri Skywalk is a short distance of 1.5 kilometres from another of the park top attraction, Natures Window, which is a very popular photo scenic location.📷

Pink Lake also known as Hutt Lagoon is an iconic sight along the Coral Coast Highway, located about one hour drive from Geraldton, its a must visit destination. 🚙🚙🚙

The lake is best to be visited midday when the sun is up high to see the pink color.☀️☀️☀️

With excellent visitor facilities and great river access, Dwaarlindjirraap is one of the most popular sites in Lane Poole Reserve.

Search Baden Powell Day Use Area for direction.

Dwaarlindjirraap has a large car park with sealed road access and excellent facilities right by the river. There are picnic tables, gas barbecues and steps down to the water's edge for canoe launching. Good spot for fishing. It is also a popular swimming spot.
