Hugest thanks to all of the amazing personnel, paid and volunteers, fighting this fire and helping those in need.
The app is the absolute best in these situations as it shows everything in live time including wind speed, direction, where the water bombers are, the temperature of the fire and any new spot fires that come up. Live time means you can stay up to date each minute, not when DFES posts an update.
Would highly recommend the app be downloaded onto your phone 🙌

Grazing Platter savoury mini crepes with turkey and cherry jam, ham and onion marmalade and chargrilled red capsicum with haloumi, mushroom and sparkling wine pate, whipped fetta with chilli oil and prawn bruschetta with grilled Turkish bread
