BADGER HOUSE guests can relax as EVERYTHING else is supplied but for other holiday houses you might need to add these to your list -

Our cleaners must curse our Oh-so plush & lush carpet at Badger House that shows every step we take, every move we make …but they treat it like a canvas and create amazing vac-track art after every stay. This is our smallest bedroom, the Queen Room featuring a Hugo Boss doona cover, Tommy Hilfiger scatters, a Temple & Webster upholstered bedhead with USB recharging ports, beautifully ironed silky soft Luxe Bamboo sheets, and a Temple & Webster entertainment unit or luggage bench, Bunnings yes, who knew, Bunnings bedside lamps, and my #1 interior design selection - Plantation shutters with a view out to the neighbouring alpacas. The room also features an original artwork in mostly blue hues of a stunning Victorian scene reminiscent of where we took our son fishing. We didn’t catch anything but it was great fun trying!

Ooh we do love a Chardonnay!

The much-anticipated next chapter of our Optume wines will soon be available for purchase from Friday 24 March 2023. This second release of Optume wines. It celebrates the finest grapes sourced from across the Yarra Valley, and this year, for the very first time, includes the release of a tiny quantity of Chardonnay.

Only 55 dozen of the 2020 Levantine Hill Optume Chardonnay will be released, and 82 dozen bottles of 2018 Levantine Hill Optume Shiraz. Our Chief Winemaker Paul Bridgeman has painstakingly crafted these wines using grapes that are handpicked from selected vineyards across the Yarra Valley. The resulting wine is the Optume – the sum of our people and of our work, and the pinnacle of what we are capable of.
