This Australian-first is a social impact collaboration between OzHarvest, world-renowned chef Massimo Bottura, and his charity Food for Soul. Refettorio brings people in need together for a warm, nourishing meal in a unique community hub in Surry Hills.

With a zero-waste philosophy, rescued ingredients are transformed by OzHarvest chefs into gourmet vegetarian meals, with the menu changing weekly.

Supported by big-hearted foodies, Pay It Forward Dinners happen every Thursday. For every dinner booked, at least four people in need are served a delicious lunch during the weekday service.
