Our Story

Monique has over 30 years experience in the property and travel industries, which is the perfect combination for running Coffs Coast Accommodation. Monique’s always had a passion for property, which started with two holiday cottages that she owned and managed in Canada, long before Airbnb and home-sharing were mainstream. When Monique left the airline industry after 25 years, she found herself at a crossroads. So, after relocating from Sydney to Coffs Harbour to be closer to family, it seemed a natural fit to go back to what she knew and loved - property management.

Liapari Beach House was the first property Monique purchased and managed here in Australia. Shortly after that, a neighbour asked her to manage his property. Word soon spread and Luxury Beach Getaways was born. The demand to expand her already impressive portfolio into a brand that accommodated to the whole Coffs Coast is what transformed the brand into Coffs Coast Accommodation.

Recently Monique asked an owner why he sought out Coffs Coast Accommodation. He said that not only did she have a reputation for providing exceptional, personalised property management service to her property owners and guests, she had the most impressive property portfolio on the Coffs Coast.
