Position: Casual Skipper

Boundless Marine Group is expanding its team and is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join us in the role of Casual Skipper. Based on Hamilton Island, but with operations also in Airlie Beach, this is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our growing team.
Requirements:
* Minimum Coxswain Grade 1 Licence:
Applicants must possess a valid Coxswain Grade 1 Licence, demonstrating a strong foundation in marine navigation and safety.�
* Previous Experience with RHIBS:
Experience with RHIBs (Rigid-Hulled Inflatable Boats) is a must. Familiarity with their operation, maintenance, and safety protocols is essential.�
* First Aid Certificate, CPR & Advanced O2 Therapy:
Safety is paramount in the marine industry. Successful candidates should hold a valid First Aid Certificate, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification, and be trained in Advanced O2 Therapy.�
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for skippering water taxi transfers between the Whitsunday Islands and occasional day charters. Your local knowledge of the area and prior experience in the marine industry will be invaluable in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our passengers.

Based on Hamilton Island, but with operations also in Airlie Beach, this is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our growing team. We have a very versatile fleet and as such a variety of work to go with it.

This position is available now! The successful applicant will be available to start immediately, or within a short period of time as negotiated.

Must be able to work the occasional weekend as well as School Holidays and Christmas/New Year's Period. The position is for 6 months minimum.

Requirements:
