My spiritual journey began a long time ago. I never found like-minded people who could support me through the different stages of my journey in a safe & calm environment.
Enter Tracey and Kathy aka Adventures with Soul✨️
Universe works in the most amazing ways. It was through a chance meeting with Tracey a few years back , a few fun sessions, a Reiki course and attending a Women's gathering that lead me to meet Kathy.
These beautiful ladies were facilitating at the Women's gathering.
Tracey & Kathy have their own strengths and they compliment each other beautifully. The girls created a beautiful, calm and welcoming spaced filled with love & kindness. We were totally supported to express and release without judgement. The meditation sessions were amazing, powerful, enlightening & uplifting ❤️
If you are considering starting your spiritual journey or you may be in different stages....Tracey & Kathy will gently guide & help you connect in a deeply personal & compassionate way, filled with love and light.

I love being held in the most beautiful space created by Kathy & Tracey. I have attended a few workshops with them and each time I come away with my soul feeling nourished and my heart wide open. The meditation journeys always bring to light something I was overlooking in my life. Unpacking and sharing with the group and hearing the wisdom from Kathy and Tracey, let’s me leave their day with such lightness and clarity 🌟

Hello beautiful people !!
Its been a long time since Tracey and I have posted here in "Adventures with Soul".

Like many people we have been enjoying qnd flowing with the shifting, reflective energies of 2020 and taking some time for ourselves.

We are still definitely here 🌹🌹 and looking towards bringing together retreats and experiences in 2021 for us all.

What a beautiful random adventure last night traveling to a little town called Wowan in QLD to the “festival of small halls”.
These are the fabulous H***y Hicks and Shelley Morris coming together for the last song for night the song was written by Shelley and what a beautiful message. “We all belong”. Sing Along. 😍
Thank you to Woodford folk festival and banana shire council for organising and supporting this touring festival.
