So this is the way to do a holiday rental photoshoot! This airbnb property in Brunswick Heads, Northern NSW was, to be honest, an absolute mission to shoot. It was so hot that day and we had to move furniture around for every room......Got it done though, the children and animals were the easiest part to organise. Hats off to this particular owner who wanted people in the video as well as the photos.

Real estate photos of Santai Apartment 203 - seems like I have been in and out of this apartment quite a few times. It is one of the rooms in this small resort in Casuarina that has been painted white inside - covering alot of the dark wood trim that is a feature of the resort. It does make it alot lighter though.

This real estate photoshoot for @coastal.property.collective of a brand new property in Kingscliff got a bit of virtual furniture magic applied, and just remember virtual furniture whether you like it or not is just to get people to stop and think of what could be.....65 Kingscliff Street - on the market as a permanent rental right now.

Definitely my favourite Kingscliff Airbnb holiday rental photos shoot recently. This beautifully set out and maintained 3 bedroom duplex in North Kingscliff would be such a great place to stay, nothing over the top just comfortable and stylish.

Holiday rental property shot recently for in Casuarina, love this street - Kamala Crescent - right on the beach front - just walk across the bike track and down the bush track to get to the ocean. This property is an interesting one too, Sandcastles has three levels, two lounge rooms, a pool, sauna and about 4 different balconies. Pretty awesome place for a holiday.

Don't underestimate Cudgen, some sunrise real estate photos of a beautiful spot on the Tweed Coast. Cudgen is predominately farmland, larger blocks as well as the cluster of houses around the school on the hill. But there are some newer areas being developed. This property - for sale by and looks almost directly north, with ocean views and an elevated position on the market for sale right now!
