Our Treasures of Greece tour has started with a bang. Exploring beautiful Athens — Past and Present
Wandered through history with a fantastic guide who brought ancient Athens to life. From the legendary Acropolis and the Parthenon to the grand Temple of Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch, every step was like walking through time. We even saw the stunning Kallimarmaro Stadium — built entirely of marble for the first modern Olympic Games in 1896.
Got lost (in the best way) in the Plaka’s winding streets, discovering tucked-away ruins, cozy cafes, and charming shops that each tell their own story.
After soaking in the ancient vibes, we headed to the Acropolis Museum — a beautiful modern space filled with treasures from the site itself.
The evening brought a taste of the real Athens — literally. Joined a fun and flavorful food tour through the city’s narrow lanes, stopping at a historic bakery, a traditional café, a traditional deli and a local souvlaki spot. Delicious bites and even better company. So lucky to have a group of beautiful ladies who’ve all been bonding from our first meeting.
Wrapped it all up with a stroll back to the hotel and some well-earned downtime.
