Situated on 100 acres, this quality farm stay accommodation (sleeping 12) offers breath taking views of the valley, whilst being a stones throw from wineries, breweries, restaurants and other attractions the region has to offer. Sit on the large balcony watching the bird life, c

ows, visiting kangaroos and foxes and soak in the valley views whilst sipping a glass or two of local wine. The property contains close to 30 acres of native (protected) bushland to stroll around, offering many vantage points to spot the local flora and fauna, allowing you just to 'be'. This quality accommodation is perfect for friends getaways, extended families or family get-togethers. Bedroom 1 = queen bed + ensuite. Bedroom 2 = queen bed + ensuite

Bedroom 4 = 1 x bunkbed (double bottom + single top), 1 x single bed + 2 x trundle beds. The property backs onto a conservation area, the perfect location and setting for those who love bushwalking, cycling and motore bike riding.
