Day 1- arrived without our luggage due to a tight connection, so it was straight to lunch which is brilliant hotel in the centre of town, with a variety of family rooms. A little walk around town and off to to have our skis and boots fitted, then headed up to the top of town what a stunning hotel. was built in 1888 recently refurbished with stunning views of the mount, worth the upgrade to Fairmont gold. Home to bed 😴Thank you

Bali an Indonesian island known for its breathtaking scenery and rich culture, but it has become a battleground between social media influencers and the authentic local charm, it was nice to be able to find the local charm is still present. A freak of nature, Santorini is a place of terrible beauty. The flooded caldera was created by volcanic explosion three millennia ago, which blew the heart out of the island. Whitewashed villages are honeycombed out of the cliff face, which makes it one of the most photographed place in the world.

Now that I’m back online it’s time to continue the tips and stores from our European adventure. Rome is so much more than throwing coins in the Trevi Fountain and marvelling at the Colosseum, it has some great neighbourhoods buzzing with boutiques and bars. My favourite was the working-class district of Trastevere with its heady nightlife, old-world cobbled lanes, ocher palaces and boho vibe. It should be a must for your next visit to Rome. Top tip for Rome / Italy have a crossbody bag with a zip and great walking shoes. #2024

Cinque Terra is a string of centuries-old seaside villages on the rugged Italian Rivera. In each of the five towns colourful houses and vineyards cling to the steep terraces along with harbour filled fishing boats and trattorias that turn out seafood specialties, mix this with the famous pesto and you will never want to leave. Getting our culture fixture today, kicking off with a visit to the so many incredible art works it would take a year to see them all. We then had lunch one Paris’s famous food markets, it runs through the heart of the 7th arrondissement and is paradise of Parisian foods. Rounded our day off with a visit to one of Europe’s oldest libraries .nationale, the oldest book in the library is from the 9th century, now that’s old. Tip of the day buy a jump the queue ticket to see the Mona Lisa. We love you Paris🇫🇷

What a fantastic way to see the city of ❤️,our lovely guide Lola meet us near the military school and took us to all the major sites, along with a few of her personal favourites, which we loved 🙌🏻. If it’s not on your list of things to do in Paris it should be.

Commanding a strategic spot at the confluence of the Rhone and Sainte rivers, Lyon has been luring for hundreds of years. It’s the third-largest city in France, and is a melting pot of arts, culture and cuisine, the Basilique Norte Dame is incredible, we were lucky enough to hear the pipe organ play at a Sunday service.

Day 6- Dijon is the capital of Burgundy and best known for its picturesque architecture, great wine and incredible food. The city is a must do for history buffs, you could easily spend a week explore. Top tip do a guided walking tour.

The last two days have been all about Champagne, we have learnt how it’s blended, bottled and stored. We sampled a little and indulge in a gorgeous lunch , it is truly a work of art. My favourite was a small family run champagne house in Epernay, Thank you Isabel and her beautiful family for looking after us.

Travel Trip, like any large international city,traffic can be a nightmare and Paris is no different. The metro is a great way to get around easy to navigate, a train every 2-3 minutes, can be a little busy in the middle of the day. Best thing to do is buy a day pass for the duration of your stay🇫🇷.

Day 1 in Paris, what an incredible city. My favourite part of today was going for a early morning walk to Sacre-Coeur and watch Paris wake up, the smells drifting from the boulangerie the fishmongers setting up their shops along with the Marche aux fruits👌. I have two tips for today, 1. Early bird catches the worm. 2. The trains from the airport to the city all leave from terminal 2, so you must get the airport train to terminal 2 to catch the train to Gare du Nord, the Eurostar also arrives at this station.
