Flight cancelled?

This happened to my client on Saturday who was travelling from Rome to Paris and their flight was cancelled due to airport strikes, instead of the client spending countless hours on the phone with the airline trying to rearrange flights and being all stressed out, they left it to me to happily sort out while they went off and enjoyed their last day in Rome..
