Based in Far North Queensland, we offer our mobile kitchen for functions, events, local markets, agricultural shows, pop up dinners and all catering requirements. We utilise fresh produce sourced from farm gates, farmers markets, and directly from the growers and sustainably sourced free range meats, slow cooked to perfection. Our varied menu offers an alternative to the usual fried foods and burg

ers, whilst incorporating fresh ingredients and wholesome foods to produce a paddock to plate experience. Working hard to connect with our local suppliers, we aim to promote the Tablelands ’food bowl’s’ produce, from cocoa, coffees and teas, fresh fruits and vegetable and grass fed beef, pork and lamb. Our milk, cheese and creams are all sourced locally and are well regarded, award winning dairy products. We also use the culinary delights of the tropical coasts’ vanilla, peppers, herbs and spices, fruits and vegetables and seafoods. We pay homage and respect to the local multicultural heritage through our foods, subtle inspirations influenced by the flavours of Italian producers, Asian market gardens and the flavours and techniques left by legacy of migrant settlers. Come and visit us at the local markets, try our great coffee, our fresh baked scones or indulge in a home made foccacia, turkish or pannini bread, a pulled pork and salad slider for lunch, Tablelands grown baked spuds or experience our Asian fusion evenings. Don’t hesitate to contact us for your catering needs, we visit you to provide a hassle free event, so you can enjoy your own event without the worry of preparing a dining experience for yourself and your guests.
