Mia’s Journey continues… 💞 It’s back to Germany 🇩🇪 for Mia & her family again for the 2nd time in 12 months, after the dreaded c word reappeared in Mia’s brain and spine.
After Mia completes her Chemotherapy the next step is a very long way away ✈️ with a Doctor & treatment in Germany. Now any parent would do anything it took to help their child fight & give hope to anything that may possibly help cure or stop this c word from spreading in their child’s body…..but it takes $$$$ & lots of it (unfortunately)
So if you could put yourself in the position of this family - fighting this battle - to save their daughter - to give them an opportunity to try anything that may help - you know the struggle & challenges would be unimaginable on every level! Read a little about Mia’s Journey on their page & Please share what you can in helping them get Mia to Germany for the treatment that she needs 💰✈️🇩🇪💞

A ladies catch up led Cathy & her 8 friends from Newcastle visit for their 1st time on the Weekend.
A little amongst your own friends to share in banter, have a good laugh and catch up with each other over on a is always going to make for a Happy Day 😊

While they also enjoyed sharing in the Yummy Cheese Arancini, Garden Fresh Zucchini Fritters both with house made relish/dipping sauce & a Charcuterie Board 😋
🍷 they relaxed in the beautiful surroundings, being guided by the friendly & relaxed team through their vast selection of wines.
Choosing to visit with as their final stop they were not disappointed! All choosing the Tasting Flight & more than impressed with the Sparkling, the owner/operator interaction with the Country Hospitality felt throughout their day 💖

It’s Glenn & Em with their hard working crew 🤩 Finally…after the hard yards are done & the hospo industry gets a little reprieve, these guys finally get to enjoy a little together 🎊where they can sit back and enjoy the pizza 🍕 tapas & drinks 🥤🍹🍷🍺 being reversed & served to them 🙌🏼

All aboard the bus 🚌 for a well deserved night out where are a plenty & with within the it’s sure nice to have all these options at our door. Oh now the door 🚪 🤦🏼‍♀️
The Vault wood fired pizza,tapas and bar was once an Old Bank 🏦 of which the Old Vault is still inside the building. Leanne & her work friends/family/colleagues decided nah..we are going to celebrate with a & celebrate it amongst ourselves. And they chose 🙌🏼
From dining out 🥂🌟 to staying cool with a pool 💦 at their accommodation along with a they had an amazing time 🍷 🍷 🍷🍕🧀🫒 🍻
followed on by …🤷🏼‍♀️ although with the suggestions offered they now have plenty of choices to enjoy with their remaining time here.

90ml lemon juice
30ml sugar syrup
180ml orange juice
Ice cubes
Orange to garnish

Add all ingredients to a 500ml pitcher & serve over lots of ice. Garnish with fresh orange 🍊

Beat the heat with this summer cocktail!!

The Pipeclay Paloma
30ml Tequila
30ml Pipeclay white
30ml fresh grapefruit juice
30ml simple syrup
Shake all ingredients over ice, then strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh grapefruit and top with 30ml soda water. Delish !

ANNOUNCEMENT

It has come after many months of deliberation and investigating other possible options that we have made the decision to postpone our MudgeeQue event for 2024.

We've worked bloody hard, as a very small team, to bring this locally owned and organised event, exclusively to the , over the past couple of years, jumping countless hurdles and dealing with red tape at every turn behind the scenes, but our attitude always forging forward for the success of this event that we love and enjoy so dearly.

This year has definitely had a considerable impact on many aspects of peoples lives, ours included. We run several businesses, including this event and we must, now, direct our energy into our core businesses and family life... after all, family comes first!

The MudgeeQue team would like to extend our appreciation to all past and present sponsors, volunteers, professional services, vendors, supporters, advisors and of course, the attendees who've made this event what it is and what it always will be "The Festival of the Senses"

We will announce our plans moving forward into 2025 later next year🔥
