My MTA Story

About Charissa Welcome to my page, a place where I can introduce myself and assist in all areas of travel, including leisure, corporate, luxury and almost anything beyond. Travel is such an important aspect of my life, it is an area that has intrigued and inspired me from a very young age. I have been with MTA Travel for 11 wonderful years and have been actively in the travel industry now for over 16 years. I have a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience which, I am told, is proven through the quality of service that I provide. I have travelled extensively throughout 43 countries and the knowledge that I have gained is a priceless commodity that sets my service aside from other booking methods. Helping people experience all of the adventures that life has to offer is something that I am very grateful to call my career. It’s something that I am passionate about and enjoy wholeheartedly. I have clients based all over Australia, Europe, Asia and The Americas and I can assist with travel originating worldwide. I work collaboratively with my industry affiliates, partners and travel suppliers to ensure the highest level of service is provided from the moment that you make an enquiry with me until after you return from your journey. Previous experience As an accredited travel agent, I am licensed to assist in all areas of travel. I have travelled to 43 countries and I am nowhere near done. I have been lucky enough to work abroad in Europe, Brazil, and around Australia. Travelling and working around the world has given me a chance to learn more about different places and people. I have hands-on experience and knowledge of countless amazing, cities, sites and cultures. In addition to travel and work experience in different parts of the world, I hold a Diploma in Business Management, Tourism Sector Services and have completed multiple other certificates related to the industry. I have worked in numerous stores for Flight Centre and Escape Travel. AREAS THAT I HAVE RECENTLY VISITED: San Francisco, New York, Orlando, Las Vegas, Bali, Samoa, Rome, Barcelona, London, France (south), Sicily, Monaco, Greek Islands, Sicily, Malta, Dubrovnik, Split, Venice, Cinque Terre, Montenegro, Russia, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Frankfurt, Finland, Melbourne, Perth, Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Darwin (Ghan), Alice Springs, Katherine, Domestic cruising and more. Areas of speciality I would like to consider myself an all-round travel agent, I will arrange your travel needs in any part of the world with professionalism, dedication and superior customer service. I am even accredited to book travel to the moon with Virgin Galactic, so there is no part of the Galaxy I won’t help you reach. My goal is to make your travel dream become a realty.
