There's nothing quite like the energy of a corporate retreat, and we're loving every moment of it!

Last week, Jo had the pleasure of facilitating a group of 50 from an international organization, who rarely have the chance to meet in person due to their global spread. It was a great opportunity for their team to comment together for a 2-day Leadership and Wellness retreat at the gorgeous Lancemore Hotels Werribee Mansion

With their theme, "True Wealth Is Health," guiding us, we delved into discussions, workshops, and activities aimed at nurturing both personal and professional growth. From engaging conversations on leadership to invigorating wellness sessions, every moment was infused with a spirit of collaboration and innovation.

As the retreat unfolded, we witnessed connections deepen, and ideas flourish. It was a testament to the power of coming together, breaking boundaries, and embracing curiosity.

Sessions include: (all sessions are optional)
* Massage - Seated or table massage
* Reflexology - indulge in a foot massage which invigorates the mind, body and soul

Celebrating the magic of our Carer's retreats in conjunction with Barwon Health and Carer Gateway. This week, eight incredible souls gathered for three days of healing, connection, and rejuvenation. Our journey included wellness sessions, yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, meditation, tai chi, hammam bathing, nature walks, conscious discussions, and mindful art. Amid a 5-star culinary experience, we embraced the theme of prioritizing self-care as carers. Traveling is more than just going to new places, taking Instagram-worthy photos, and collecting passport stamps. It can be a transformative experience that helps you discover your true essence.

When you travel, you leave behind your daily routine and responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to reflect on who you are and what you want from life. Here are some tips for discovering your true essence through exploration.

1. Embrace the Unknown: Traveling is all about stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things. Don't be afraid to get lost, try local cuisine, or strike up a conversation with a stranger. The more you embrace the unknown, the more you'll discover about yourself.
2. Disconnect: While it may be tempting to stay connected to the world through social media and technology, taking a break from it can help you focus on the present moment and connect with your inner self. Consider turning off your phone, or limiting your time on social media during your trip.

Unlocking the Potential for Positive Change on one of our Bespoke Retreats. Grab some friends and indulge in a transformational change together.
Change is the only constant in life, and it can be both exciting and daunting. Whether it's a personal or professional change, it often requires stepping out of our comfort zones and taking risks. But with change comes the potential for positive growth and transformation.
So how can we unlock this potential for positive change? One way is by developing a growth mindset, which is the belief that we can improve and learn from our experiences. This mindset allows us to embrace challenges and setbacks as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles to overcome.
