Whilst on my last tour “The Indian Experience “, I received many inquiries wondering if I was going to organise another tour to India. The inquiries have continued even after my return; they cannot be ignored. In fact they have given me the impetus to plan another tour.
This tour is in the process of being planned and all will be revealed in the next month or so. To give you a general idea, the areas that we will visit are Mumbai, Goa, places in the Karnataka State, Rajasthan and Delhi.

On ” The Indian Experience “ we will be visiting three destinations in Rajasthan, with different aspects , the first being Ranthambore, the wild life reserve, where we hope to spot tigers in their natural habitat; then Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, also called the ‘Pink City’ because of its pink coloured buildings in the old part of the city; lastly Udaipur, the romantic city of Rajasthan with its captivating, fairytale like palaces.

Do you fancy spotting a tiger in its natural habitat? Chances are you will see one on your visit to Ranthambore National Park. I have visited the area three times and have been fortunate to spot them on every occasion.
Ranthambore is situated in the Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan; it was the hunting ground of the Maharajah of Jaipur. Apart from tigers, present count 86, there are 320 species of birds and over 40 different species of mammals.

The call of the wild! Wild India beckons! India has over 500 natural reserves. It would take you a life time to visit all of them. I have made it easier for you by selecting the largest - Ranthambore, that covers approximately 1400 square kilometres and is situated 180 kms from Jaipur.
It is the ideal place to see the famous Indian tiger; the other animals that can be spotted are leopards, jackals, wolves, wild buffalo to name a few; there is a variety of bird life as well. I was lucky to see tigers on all my visits there.
