Casa Lagoona, Quindalup
Located across the road are the pristine waters of Quindalup Beach, only 3km from Dunsborough town centre and only within a couple of minutes from the Dunsborough boat ramp, this property is perfectly located for the family holiday.
Casa Lagoona has 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On entry you will enter to a great childrens area, with couches and TV, ideal for the kids to sit and enjoy also downstairs is the childrens bunk room with two bunk beds, making the downstairs area almost exclusively for the children. The laundry also located downstairs is complete with washing machine and dryer. It also contains a shower and separate WC.
Now you take a stroll up the stairs and enter into the kitchen/living area, characterized by the solid blackbutt timber floors.
The well equipped kitchen is appointed with electric oven, induction cooktop and is blessed with a great deal of workspace, where the whole family could be involved in preparing the evening meal, before retiring to the living area with its large screen TV.
