Medicine face!
A wet Easter on the Sunshine Coast, and our daughter's horse needed daily medication (a minor ailment and she is OK!). She's a short drive away, we waded through mud in boots and rain jackets armed with syringes, but her reaction to the taste of the medicine guaranteed a smile every time......
Goodbye winter!
Spring is on the way and our winter garden will love it! This video shows some of the grounds in front of Magnolia Cottage/The Stables (featuring an unexpected guest appearance by our dog JessieI) There's a top paddock too, but you'll have to stay to experience the full beauty of the gardens and the Noosa hinterland...
"The Stables" (Outback magic in the Noosa Hinterland!)
This is "The Stables". Is it a unique getaway? You be the judge! The Stables shares 2 acres of lovely grounds with Magnolia Cottage in the Noosa hinterland.....
How gorgeous is Magnolia Cottage? See for yourself....
With guests arriving this afternoon and another perfect winter's day it seemed like a good opportunity to take a video of the ground floor, albeit taken by a novice (me!).
Catching raindrops.....
It POURED with rain this morning, and this really is cute - it's our dog Jessie catching raindrops. She leaps up and down, snapping that muzzle shut with great abandon. She has done it all her life and it still makes me smile.....
The "sunny" coast has become the "rainy" coast! It's still nice watching the rain fall, and gives us time to work on the Mudbrick Studio - awesome games room and bathroom/laundry downstairs, studio accommodation for two above...nearly ready for guests!
