As the sun sets on the final days of an unforgettable sailing adventure, Eventide’s skipper Nev is reflecting on a remarkable voyage from Darwin to Perth aboard sailing catamaran Troppo with proud new owner Mark.

It’s been fantastic to witness Mark and Di’s dreams come to life. From aspiring sailors to proud owners of a sailing catamaran of their own, this journey is testament to their passion and determination.

Watching others experience the joy and thrill of sailing brings immense happiness to those of us who have already tasted the magic of the sea.

Sailing Eventide recently hosted the Perth & Rockingham Chapters of Buddy Up Australia for a "Try Sailing" experience on the protected waters of Cockburn Sound.

Buddy Up connects Veterans and First Responders to their communities through physical fitness, social activities and purposeful volunteering. Founded in Western Australia, this growing community aims to provide opportunities for connection, and a continued sense of identity and purpose for serving and ex-service personnel.

"Try Sailing" is an International Yacht Training Worldwide introductory course designed to share the joy of sailing and some sailing basics with small groups, in a relaxed and fun environment. Participants can get as hands on as they like, or simply relax and enjoy the thrill of movement under sail, time on the ocean and Perth's magnificent local waters.

Thanks to the Buddy Up crew for your enthusiasm and a fun day on the water - we love being involved in your community and look forward to the next time!

Christmas Party season is here!

Great to have the crew from join us to celebrate their year and enjoy some time together on the water.

Conditions were great at Carnac and the day had a bit of everything- a swim with the seals, a sail under spinnaker, and dolphins on the way home, to top off the day in the best way 🐬🐬
