As times are uncertain and here in WA, lockdowns can happen at any time and without notice, which may restrict you from getting to your scheduled holiday. We know this affects whether you choose to book a holiday or not and as we don't want you to miss out, we have implemented a new policy directly relating to this issue.

So book now, knowing you have peace of mind in the event of another snap WA lockdown.

COVID POLICY
In the event of a covid lockdown within WA, we don’t want you to miss out on your getaway.
We will happily offer a credit for a future stay within 2 months of your original check in date. For example if your original booking is for 3 nights, your credit will be for 3 nights of the equivalent (or lesser) nights. For example a Friday, Saturday & Sunday night booking can be rebooked for the same, or for weekday nights (if you prefer).
A Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday night booking can only be re-booked for another weeknight 3 night booking. It can not be re-booked for a Friday, Saturday & Sunday night (unless of course you choose to pay the difference in cost for those nights). Note: Peak periods like school holidays and long weekends are excluded from future dates.
Conditions:
1) You must contact us within 24 hours of a lockdown being announced and PRIOR to 3pm on your scheduled check in date.
2) Your check in date must fall within the lockdown period.
3) If you are an interstate traveller or the booking is made while the lockdown period is in progress, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
3) In all other circumstances, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

We are so chuffed at this most recent 5⭐️ review received for King of the Cross in Southern Cross.

“The house is warm and cosy yet spacious and very well appointed. It is clean and comfortable and only a few minutes' walk from the town centre. Beautiful linen and comfortable beds and pillows, extra soft and super warm blankets and very comfy leather recliners to snuggle into infront of the fire. It has a big backyard that our kids loved exploring and running around in and some lovely citrus trees that we enjoyed picking lemons and oranges from. The front verandah was great to watch the beautiful Goldfields sunsets. The neighbours are lovely and we enjoyed chatting to them.

Book a winter getaway with your Fur Babies

This 4 bedroom Traditional Beach House on a large block with an enclosed back yard is only 650 metres to the off-the-leash dog beach.

Fur babies are welcome inside the house and they can even bring their well behaved owners with them too for a family getaway in beautiful Busselton.

Situated in what is known as Central Busselton and close to all that Busselton has to offer - beach, jetty, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Puppy Beach Pad is a neat and tidy traditional 1950s beach house. The house has been updated with the exception of the second bathroom (a work in progress but still very usable).
The house also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for washing down when coming back from the beach - and an outdoor toilet.
The rear verandah has an outdoor tv - great for watching sports with the family and also has a 6 burner gas bbq and outdoor gas pizza oven.

Pooch friendly, family friendly, easy living - just what you want for you and your fur babies and children when on holiday and only a 650m walk to the off-leash dog beach.

Inside, for the kids (and adults) there is a cupboard of games, puzzles and colouring in and of course your fur babies are very welcome inside however please refer to the full house rules for further information.

Not everyone wants the hustle and bustle that sometimes comes with staying in a hotel or motel so we offer alternate accommodation in the form of a whole house.

This 4 bedroom home is available for short term stays from 1 night up to 89 nights!

Watch the sunrise sitting on the front verandah sipping on your morning coffee while you relax and let the world go by without a worry.

During the day, explore all that Southern Cross and the surrounding areas have to offer. Or set it as your base when you are working nearby.

In the evenings, either cook your own meals in the kitchen equipped with gas oven and hot plate, microwave, toaster and kettle or head to one of the three pubs in town, have a drink and meet the locals.

Our guests are our priority and all 4 bedrooms and the living area have been recently renovated for your comfort. They are practical and of course - look good. There is still a little more renovating to be done however the home is clean and comfortable.

Located in town, if you need to be in Southern Cross for business, pleasure, or just as a stop to break up a long drive, look no further.

Note: We can also accommodate teams of workers who would rather stay in a home away from home environment.
