"A couple of weeks ago our 4-year old Blanco dishwasher stopped working and an error message was showing on LED screen. I Googled to find a Blanco technician and decided to try Arrive On Time. I rang the number provided and the phone representative was very helpful and professional. She said a technician would call me to arrange a visit.

Shortly afterwards, Tony Hutt called and offered to come later in the day to look at the problem. He arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Tony is obviously very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional in the way he handled the incident. We were very impressed by him and would definitely use Arrive On Time again and would highly recommend your organisation"

"Russell Chapman was the serviceman and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Communication was spot on, friendly, efficient and obviously knew his job. Russell repaired my machine ' temporary ' so I could use it safely and sort a part that would not cost me a fortune. A few days later he phoned to say he had the part and could call by and permanently repair it. All done.
It is the second time I have used Arrive on Time ( Russell was the repair man both times) and I would give the company 10/10.

"Noel came exactly at the time we had agreed upon. He inspected the machine and we discussed replacement of the broken part. However as the part is now obsolete, he suggested buying a new machine

Noel was friendly and worked efficiently and quickly. He seemed very competent, and cleaned up after the work was done, which was great. I really valued his promptness and advice as it’s especially difficult to arrange repairs and maintenance from Adelaide
I have no hesitation in recommending Arrive On Time for repairs in future."
