This client has had a number of Student visas prior to this one, so this was really a 50-50 case considering the new rules surrounding Student visa applications. However, to our big surprise this Student visa was APPROVED! 😊

What makes it even sweeter is that when we first had a consultation with this client, they had been told by another agent that their case was very risky and there was a high chance of refusal. Luckily the client trusted us with their application and as usual - we delivered without any hesitation!

Partner visa processing has definitely slowed down compared to last year, when we received decisions within 1-2 months from lodgement. But hey, at least it did not take 23 months (being the estimated processing time at the moment).
