We are lucky enough to have travelled all over the world and that's what truly inspires us!

Our lounge room is infused with European elegance and sophistication with these exquisite finds from .

With a nod to our European namesake, we added a beautiful French sideboard, Belgian shade, and olive picking basket to our decor collection. The intricate designs and attention to detail in each piece bring beautiful texture to the space.

We provide that home away from home feeling so that you can fully escape the daily grind and get lost in the stories and rolling green hills here at Aubisque.

Some of our favourite places to cool off this weekend in the Southern Highlands 💙

Most famously knowns for Carrington Falls, Budderoo National Park has some of the most scenic walking tracks, magical waterfalls and stunning lookouts. It is only a 30-minute drive from Aubisque and offers a variety of picnic areas & natural watering holes to cool off in.

✨ Nellies Glen Picnic area
✨ The top of Carrington Falls

All are accessible from the Carrington Falls Campground . . . find a rock to perch your gear and you’re ready to cool off.
Local tip: take your favourite pool toys and just float and relax in Australia’s natural waterpark.

Our first family holiday was wonderful mainly due to this amazing house. The various living spaces indoors and out allowed each of us to pursue our interests.

Our dining room certainly is the heart of the home allowing our guests to create beautiful memories. From game nights to feasts and everything in between, the dining table brings us together in the most incredible way.

Our fully equipped chef's kitchen allows you to create magic to share with your loved ones. Wine and dine together around our custom made table by who used only local timber and materials.

If you hadn't guessed by now . . . we are quite fond of antiques!

We love to get immersed in the story of where a piece has come from and where it has been. There's something quite special about an antique that has travelled throughout the years and many kilometres to now sit pretty in our property for our guests to love & enjoy.

We recently found this beautiful concrete Roman Bust at an old mansion in the Southern Highlands. We were lucky enough to be there when the property was auctioning off items after the mansion had been sold.

We have perfectly positioned it on a solid piece of marble to highlight the stature of this incredible Roman Bust. This is now a favourite amongst our guests and often gets referred to as the guard of the formal sitting room.

The marble column was purchased from .country.floors and imported from Northern Italy. It took an entire team of men to install it due to the sheer weight of this incredible piece . . . we think it was well worth it.

We love a healthy yet competitive game of Bocce (or other) and so do our guests! We have a few options on hand to help show your skills while at Aubisque Exeter. Set up the perfect tournament on our crisp green rear lawns and let the games begin.

Hint: Play for who cooks dinner, who pours the next wine or better yet who books the next getaway.

Aubisque is the perfect balance between luxury and familial. Located in the picturesque town of Exeter in the Southern Highlands, only 90 minutes south of Sydney.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be provided with a pin code to be used to open the automatic gates giving you autonomy of arrival. Take as long as you like visiting the heritage towns along the way.

We do however, also provide a caretaker who is available to you 24/7 should you need any further assistance during your stay.

Enjoy the elevated service while also relishing in the privacy and seclusion of your newly renovated luxury residence.
