I’m Marcus Joseph, one of Western Sydney’s most experienced Travel Agents.

I had the privilege of working at The Flight Centre Mt Druitt for 10yrs as a junior agent right through to manager & elite global consultant.

I’ve been lucky enough to visit more than 40 countries & help thousands of families and traveler’s go on their dream vacation. I have sold over 50 million dollars worth of travel.

In 2019, I left Flight Centre Mt Druitt & opened MJ Travel Partners (But still owned by Flight Centre Travel Group), then in March 2020, the pandemic hit, borders closed and travel stopped.

I pivoted into the restaurant hospitality industry opening up Hawaii Street Food.

The world is now open and I’m making a come back in April 2024.

So happy we were able to help this wonderful lady get home after being stuck overseas for 4 months. The agent that booked her travel stopped picking up her calls when it all became too hard to find a way for her to come home. After a few cancelled flights and a couple of date changes, MJ Travel Partners was able to bring her home to Sydney. Welcome home my friend!

Very classy Qantas 🦘

Qantas’ last Boeing 747 is saying goodbye to Australia in its own special way. The talented pilots have outlined the iconic flying kangaroo on its way out of Sydney this evening.

ICYMI - the jumbo jet is being retired after 49 years of service. It was the passenger plane that ushered in a new era of international travel, revolutionising in-flight service and capturing the hearts of plane spotters everywhere.

It’s off to an aircraft graveyard in the Mojave Desert.

Hi Everyone,

I've been getting alot of calls regarding current state of play.

There are Australian Government restrictions on Australian citizens and residents and other persons travelling from Australia due to COVID-19.

There are limited exceptions. The process is managed by the Department of Home Affairs.

Sitting on both sides of the table as an agent and a customer myself with my families 2 trips this year cancelled due to Covid I totally understand the frustrations of customers waiting for refunds. I feel for those agents out there with unreasonable customer expectations. It's been a slow burn waiting for money to return back to me from all over the world but I can hand on heart assure you that I am doing everything possible to get the best outcomes for our customers. Thankfully we have finally started to see refunds come back, just today alone I was able to refund close to $75,000 in refunds to customers. Still waiting on a couple hundred thousand which I expect over the next 2-8 weeks. Thank you to my colleague Amanda Beth and The Project for running a story much more accurate than ACA ran last week. Thanks again to all of our very patient customers who are anxiously awaiting refunds.Hang in there with us. We won't let you down.

I can honestly say this is true 99% of the time. We don't always get it right but we fix it if we don't.

If anything good came out of the absolute mess that is COVID-19, it should be that using a travel professional is the way to go.
