New deck for Val at emu plains,we used the trex composite decking...no more oiling.

Roof restoration for Stephanie and Graeme.

The old roof was in pretty bad shape,there was around 180 broken/cracked roof tiles.

All fixed up now and it came up a treat...looks great when the sun is reflecting of it.

Roof restoration for Julia and Richard

The timber roof structure had been badly damaged by white ants,we replaced and restructured the roof frame and replaced with new tiles and skylights.

Thank you to Julia and Richard for being so patient with this project,the downturn through the covid period left us struggling to find roof tilers when our regular trades had a staff shortage.

But we came through in the end.

Custom aluminum pool fence for Paul & Carla

The Idea came from the customer Paul,i couldn't even google search a pool handrail like this one.

We worked in together and the end result was something very unique.Took a bit of time and thought to get it right but it is within 2mm of perfect...it came up great.

The existing pool and surrounding area needed some serious work,so a new deck was added and pool renovation carried out by my father Panda Pools and Spas.

Our first pool renovation for Paul and his family at emu plains.

Taking over my fathers business Panda pools and spas,whom have been operating for the past 25 years...very fortunate that my father has acquired great trades over his time spent in the pool industry.

New Carport for Cheryl at Blaxland

The old carport was pretty much a tent with shade cloth over it...so this was a big upgrade,and to suit a budget.

We even decided to paint it for her at our own cost,just to help her out.

Boat house and various other work for Phill and Ann at Blakehurst

The story behind the boathouse is that it burnt down many years ago by a kitchen fire.

As you can see by the pictures it needed alot of work in restoration to get it to what it is now.

Phill and Ann are very happy with the work that has been carried out and spend alot of time sitting on the balcony over looking the water.

Then theres the pool deck,we have built a few decks around pools...but never one inside of it!.

New hardwood retaining wall and pergola for Ed and Megan at elderslie.

This has to be the strongest pergola we have ever built,I would put money on it that it would support a car.

The pergola and retaining wall have completely transformed the area.

Replaced existing roof sheeting to opal greca for Dianne and Chris at bringelly,we also extended part of the existing structure and added the necessary tie down fixings making the old existing roof safer.

Good sized deck,customer was very happy...and we were in and out within a few days.

New Swing set for Froid and Sunilla,they run a day care centre in st Mary's...small job but I'm sure it kept plenty of kids happy.

New sunroom for Fardi and Rema at Yagoona.
The old sunroom had been there for a long time and was in need of an upgrade.

The end result was a very practical room with plenty of natural light and a great area for the kids.

We also extended the new sunroom across to the out house,making it a better to use toilet than previously.

New Pergola for Bob and Marie at yagoona,it was a small pergola but perfect for a small table and chairs....plus it kept the heat of the back door.

Alex at Earlwood,new deck and pergola,ceiling and privacy screen.

The end result with this job looked to good to put furniture and a bbq on....the privacy screen with the choice of colours really set it off.

And we enjoyed the coffee and cakes Alex and his wife were generously offering to us daily.

New renovation for Dave at Blacktown,this was a rental property so everything was done to a budget.

Which is understandable,and Dave was happy with both the price and the end result.
