It's been a devastating start to the summer with the recent bush fires but great to see the amazing support from around the world. Below is a good list of ways you can help support and while cash is king, there are ways you can help which are free such as providing accommodation or donating blood.
North East Victoria is an area close to Friends of Leisure and over the next few months when you're out and about or shopping, try and source some of the excellent produce (wine, beer, cheese, etc) from the NE and bush fire affected areas and consider booking a weekend away in Autumn which is a great time to visit NE Victoria.

That's David's vineyard in the photo. David Bowley lost his entire home and business (a vineyard) to the fires in the Adelaide Hills. You can help him rebuild by buying a bottle of his wine. (I know many of you have already bought a bottle -- David emailed me last week to say how shocked and happy he was that so many Brisbane orders came through for his wine when I posted about it the other week. Keep it up! Let's help him rebuild.)
