The 5 beaches run in Cape York is a great way to finish or Start your Cape York tour.
The run itself heads down from Summerset and runs down along the east side of the tip with breathtaking views of the turquoise-coloured ocean.
We have only 6 places left for our Cape York tours next year on the 13th Sep Cairns to Cape York.
The southern exit on the Tele Track Cape York can be a bit challenging on account of the steepness of the banks and not much choice in other exits. It is especially hard as we have ridden all of the Nth and Sth Tele track which means we have been riding for most of the day. We are hot, tiered, thirsty and just hanging for lunch and an ice cold drink.

Palm Creek is one of the first creek crossings you will encounter on the south end of the Telegraph Track Cape York. At the moment it has limited entry and exit points and is just as scary if not more so than Gunshot Creek crossing.
One of the many creek crossings on the North end of the Telegraph Track Cape York. I would have to say running from north to south is a touch hard than running from south to north as there are more stepper exists dug up by 4x4 drive vehicles tying to also navigate their way out the exits. So at times you have to be a little bit creative on your exit strategy as there are many creek crossing and you are also trying not to wear yourself out as it can be a long day.

Your thoughts on the trip?
When riding our Cape York tour from north to south the Daintree River is a wonderful way of finishing the last days riding of the tour. It is like icing on the cake after completing the CREB track with all her lumps and bumps and of course a few step hills thrown in, but you have to be careful as it is tricky crossing with a loose pebbly surface and a fast flowing mid-section of the river it is very easy to drop and drown you motorcycle.
