Equine Osteopathy Equine Osteopathy I was born and grew up in Hannover, Germany where I rode and looked after horses from a child. Frank
(7)

I knew that I wanted to become a Veterinarian and continue to help animals large and small. It was the horse, though, that was always my first and strongest love. As a Veterinarian I attained my Bachelors in Veterinary Medicine and then my Doctorate in Equine Medicine and Surgery. I then attained further qualifications to become a Specialist in Equine Medicine. For many years I worked with horses

dealing with all their medical needs in clinical practice. I then developed a special interest in Equine Dentistry and I saw how important a horses’ mouth is to riding but also the effect it can have on head and neck pain and it was from there that my interest in Osteopathy grew. There is an interconnection between teeth and head; head and neck; neck and legs and legs and back. In a holistic sense, ill health can have ramifications throughout the whole body. My studies in Osteopathy with some of Europe’s finest practitioners have enabled me to combine my skills and knowledge of horse handling, riding, Veterinary Medicine and dentistry with the spirit and energy of the horses themselves to help you and your horse reach their highest potential and more importantly to have a balanced and comfortable body. My practice in Australia is just beginning, but be assured that my experience has been many years in the making. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your horses.
