UPDATE: It's been a very busy few months and weeks for the Andalos team. Our Mortdale project on Railway Parade and Ellen Subway is now full steam ahead. We've just begun work on the first construction phase at a development that will witness 40 brand new apartments including a ground floor mixed-use/retail.

Coming Soon to Mortdale - 2019

Andalos is pleased to announce the approval of our Mortdale development for 40 apartments over 6 levels with ground floor retail and roof top terrace.

With the application now approved we will create a schedule for the demolition and construction phases, due to commence early next year.

The project is the first high-rise to be built in the newly rezoned precinct in Mortdale and will no doubt lay the foundations for further activities and development within the local area.

Andalos Developments is a Sydney-based residential development and construction company specialising in building townhouses, duplexes and multi-unit apartments in Sydney, NSW. The company targets first home buyers, middle-income individuals and families, and property investors.

​Andalos started in 2013 in response to the high demand for residential properties in Sydney. To date Andalos Developments has delivered over 18 developments ranging from dual occupancies to townhouse and apartments.
