This is an iconic adventure and there is no doubt about it. So if you were considering kayaking in Sydney Harbour, here is what thinks you should know before you go:

1️⃣ Bring warm clothes and a second pair of dry clothes.

2️⃣ It's pretty impossible to tip the kayaks, they are extremely stable. If you're feeling like a beginner in paddling, there are plenty of guides on hand to help you.

3️⃣ Don't eat brekkie beforehand, they provide an amazing spread at the cafe.

4️⃣ Go to the toilet beforehand.

We're not going to sugarcoat it, jumping out of a plane can be a bit daunting. But we've got your back, here is our Head of Brand Marketing, Toni's hot tips to help you prepare before you go.

🪂 Don’t freak out. The person you’re strapped to has done this literally thousands of times before.

🪂 The best view it out in front of you. Don’t forget to look out, not down.

🪂 You’ll land on your butt so wear long pants.

🪂 Have someone there when you land. Even if they’re not jumping with you – trust me, you’ll immediately want to tell someone all about it.

🪂 Wear comfy lace up shoes so they stay attached.

🪂 Be prepared for jump times to change. Weather changes, and they’ll never take you up if it’s dangerous to jump.

1️⃣ Trust the experts taking you on the amazing experience. They are absolute pros and their number 1 priority aside from you having a great experience is your safety!

2️⃣ Go into it with a child like mind set. Have an open mind and let go of any worry or preconceived ideas. Believe in the team looking after you and yourself.

3️⃣ Dress for the occasion! Be comfortable, bring sunglasses and wear sunscreen.

4️⃣ Communication is key! Don’t hesitate to ask questions.

5️⃣ Be Present - focus on the moment, the experience and the people you are with. Soak up the views, it’s spectacular!

Heading to the Gold Coast? Here's our hot take on the adventures you need to do:

Firstly, a helicopter ride is a must because there's no better way to see the coastline than from above.

Next? Go snorkelling at Cook Island (unofficially named Turtle Island, due to the abundance of sea turtles in the area).

But you can’t forget the theme parks - the rollercoasters and waterslides are the perfect way to let your inner child out.

Then top it off with tandem parasailing and a jet boat ride while you’re at it.

We get it, an aerobatic flight might seem a little daunting. Lucky one of the Adrenaline Crew members Ken told us all the info you need to know before you go:

➡️ Be sure to take a pair of sunnies, not only to look the part but to be able to take in all the views.

➡️ Ask questions! The pilots are super friendly and I learnt so much about acrobatic flying and the plane’s mechanisms.

➡️ I would suggest wearing light clothing even on a cold day as it can get pretty warm up there.

➡️ Last but not least, don’t stress, take it all in! You’re in the hands of some of the best aerobatic pilots who know what they’re doing.

➡️ Firstly, you should know that this adventure is currently 30% off so you should book it in (before it ends on the 24th of May).

➡️ Wear pants that you wouldn’t mind getting wet.

➡️ Wear solid closed shoes as you might need to get out of your kayak and move the boat around (in knee deep water).

We’ve given you our top recommendation for beginner adventurers, but we thought we’d tell you our top extreme recommendations for the more seasoned adventurers.

Aerobatic flights: If this doesn’t get your heart pumping, not sure what will.

Skydiving: We couldn’t not include skydiving, it’s pretty much a rite of passage.

Parasailing: Hanging out in the sky - up to 140 metres in the air to be exact.

Canyoning: It’s hard work but the epic scenery is like nothing you’ve ever seen before.

Swimming with sharks: Pretty self explanatory.

Let’s talk about parasailing and what you should know before you go:

First things first, once you get on the boat and start heading out you’ll have a safety briefing from the crew. Then once you have your harness on and it’s all secure the crew will clip you into the shoot and it’s time to hang.

Then all you have to do is take in 360-degree views as you fly through the sky. Believe us when we say - it’s bloody amazing.

The best part? You need zero experience and none of the gear. Just show up and enjoy the thrill.
