NAIDOC Week begins on Sunday!

‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud & Proud’ is this year’s National NAIDOC theme. This is an opportunity for all Australians to come together to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This year's theme celebrates the unyielding spirit of our communities and invites all to stand in solidarity, amplifying the voices that have long been silenced.

Big shout out to our Virtual Product Advisors Team for winning the VIC/TAS 2023 Auscontact Excellence Awards in the CX Initiative of the Year - Digital Transformation category.

It is great to see that the Microsoft Virtual Product Advisors team have been recognised by the contact centre industry for the highest standards of commitment to innovation and customer service excellence.

As the VIC/TAS winners for the Digital Transformation category, we will proceed to the National level as National finalists. The National winners will be announced in November. Fingers crossed!
