Our expertise and track record in the industry, working closely with clients and project teams including Architects, Engineers and various other consultants will ensure the successful delivery of projects. Connect Constructions approach is to look for opportunities to add value to each project, by offering a cooperative and flexible approach to the construction in an effort to assist all the stakeholders during the projects life cycle. Sam Ayad is the founding Director of Connect Constructions and Managing Director. Sam has a wealth of management and administrative skills to ensure that the client’s expectations are always exceeded. Sam has a Diploma in Building Studies and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Estimating from the Sydney Institute of Technology and has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.
