First stage of our road trip heading north to Chiang Mai.

Stopped off for a qick bite at (commonly known as the Blue Hair Lady on Youtube) before our 2 night stay at Amphawa floating market and it's all about the food as always.

Starting off with Tom Yum which was full of citrus that brings out the freshness of a Spicy dish.. Yummo Chicken Satay, fish won ton on bean sprouts and Spicy pork dishes.

Then an early evening snack with my favourite fermented rice and pork sour Sausages finishing off with Charcoal BBQ River Prawns. Meat was tender and sweet dipped into a Thai Spicy chillie sauce. 😋
