In September last year I ticked off an amazing bucket list experience cruising the Alaskan Inside passage for 7 nights from Vancouver to Anchorage with Princess Cruises followed by an incredible 3 night Princess land tour including Direct to the Wilderness scenic rail, Denali National Park and a very special grand finale viewing the Northern Lights in Fairbanks. It really was a trip of a lifetime.

On Saturday night the National Travel Industry Awards returned after a three year hiatus with a 1200 strong crowd of dedicated people from airlines to ground suppliers, training organisations, travel advisors and more. It was a back to back win for us in the Most Outstanding Mobile Advisor Network category and this award is thanks to every single person at our National Partnership Office and 420 personal travel managers across the country.
Congratulations to all of you. So well deserved. 💙🧡💛💚

Heading home after a fantastic, action packed three days in Sydney at the TravelManagers Conference! It was so wonderful and a bit emotional to be together again after 1126 days since our last conference in 2019.

Reconnecting with suppliers, our wonderful support crew in the National Partnership Office and of course all my amazing PTM colleagues who I have missed so much was the absolute highlight. We have survived the toughest two years in the travel industry in history!!

Loved the Moulin Rouge stage show, inspiring stories of overcoming adversity from guest speakers Amanda Stevens and Jana Pitman. Lots of fun and laughter, dancing and maybe a few drinks or two on the Starship Harbour Cruise and our Studio 54 Gala awards night.

Can’t wait to do it all again in Christchurch in 2023 ✈️🌎🥂💃

If you’re planning an overseas trip this year don’t wait to the last minute to check your passport expiry date. The Australian Passport Office is overwhelmed with applications which are taking a lot longer than the usual two week turnaround.
Remember many countries require you to have 6 months validity on your passport. So check your expiry date now! ✈️🌎

Two years ago today Scott Morrison closed Australia’s international border and advised all Australian’s overseas at the time to return home as soon as possible. It was a devastating time for many, particularly for all my friends and colleagues in the Travel industry.

It is still quite surreal to think about what the world has gone through over the past two years. The challenges have been too much for some and many businesses have not survived.

I am so grateful for my partnership with TravelManagers Australia who have supported us all through these tough times. I love what I do and I’m still here for my clients as the world reopens!

Travel is back!

There is a positive vibe across the industry. People are ready to take those trips they have put on hold for so long and I am loving talking travel once again!

Not all anniversaries are the celebratory kind. So in this third week of March, we'd like to do a few shout outs:

Huge celebrations across the country this morning as our international borders reopen after a very long 590 day travel ban.

This pandemic is far from over however there is light at the end of the tunnel. I am so grateful to still be in business as we come out the other side of the most traumatic and devastating time ever experienced in the travel industry.

Travel is going to look a little different than we remember. The role of a travel agent has never been more important as we assist you to navigate the ever changing rules and restrictions of the new travel experience.

I am very excited to be talking travel once again and look forward to helping you with your travel adventures soon....

Sharing a beautiful message and very generous gift I have just received from my lovely clients who are currently enjoying a stunning APT Kimberley coastal cruise. There were times we were unsure whether this trip would be able to go ahead with the ongoing uncertainty of lock-downs and border closures. These Vic clients actually flew to WA two weeks early to undertake 14 days of self isolation in order to save their long awaited El Questro Homestead and Kimberleys holiday.
